Pricing

Prices, products and offers include GST.

Homefires will not be responsible for errors in pricing that appear on the Site. Homefires will notify a Buyer in the event of a pricing error on the Site before an Order is delivered and the Buyer will have the opportunity to cancel the Order within a reasonable time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Sale items are only available at the lower price during the sale period.

Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. We reserve the right to correct any printing / publication errors.

Delivery Costs

Unless other stipulated, all Online orders do not include delivery costs. Some large orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. Please email details of the products required for a final freight cost. Alternatively, feel free to submit your order with query and we will contact you to arrange appropriate shipping. You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing.

 

Australian Delivery

All Australian orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details. Please note that we are unable to accept orders to P.O. Box numbers.

 

Delivery Delays

Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.

 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We will gladly refund, credit or exchange all returns on presentation of the original Homefires Online sales docket. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. All returns are to be sent to:

Where the original payment was made by cheque or money order, please allow up to 21 business days for refunds to be processed.
